Anyone who plays or listens to music already knows this, but a recent study published at Nature.com has presented scientific proof that music is good for you.
The Nature study itself is very scientific and full of charts and neuro-jargon. Thankfully, Associated Press writer Malcolm Ritter has slogged through the original study and offered us a summary: Study: Love music? Thank a substance in your brain which you can check out at Yahoo! News.
The neuroscience findings are that listening to music releases dopamine in the brain of the listener. Dopamine is an important neuro substance related to the human perception of pleasure. Musicians have known about the pleasure of music for millennia. It is nice to have the scientist confirm what we’ve know all this time.

My cousin recommended this blog and she was totally right keep up the fantastic work!
