At the Kilgen pipe organ at St. Bartholomew Church in Chicago about 1970.
Here’s how I paid for college. The Front Row trio played innumerable weddings and parties during the 1970s. It’s too bad that this type of music making has died out. We had a lot of fun.
This is me in 1983 playing our Baldwin baby grand in my Chicago home. This is where I gave many piano lessons during my years at St. Ignatius. The piano was a wedding gift to my wife’s grandmother from her grandfather in 1927. It’s still one of my most cherished instruments.
From 2009, I’m surrounded by young singers performing Christmas Carols for the folks at Shorehaven Tower in Oconomowoc.
